Masasi uses the latest technology to achieve better buildings. We pioneered computer-aided 3D design in Tanzania. Today we leverage a suite of Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools to enhance collaboration among designers, owners, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Our investment in cutting-edge technologies means fewer RFIs and change orders, and faster completion dates. 3D laser scanning ensures we understand the as-built conditions of a project site before we begin. We built our projects virtually first, ensuring maximum efficiency when we mobilize on the site. BIM models are shared among suppliers, facilitating off-site fabrication and assembly, which reduces site congestion.
